Technological capability allowing us to play a key role in operating the chassis line of the world’s largest auto company’s plants.
We mainly manufacture production facilities for the chassis line of automobile plants. Specifically, we design, manufacture, and assemble facilities that are used to install modules, such as engines and rear suspensions, in vehicles. Shinmei produces the entire production facility used in the chassis line of Toyota Motor, while making efforts for the development of state-of-the-art equipment that meets changing needs along with the evolution of automobiles.
Rear Suspension Lifter
This is designed to lift up the assembled rear suspension and install it into the vehicle body.
This is used to lift up the engine assembled with the front suspension and install the assembly into the vehicle body.
Oil Injection Machine
This is designed to inject different types and quantities of oil into transmissions etc. depending on the type of vehicle.
Bush Press-fitting Machine
This is designed for the press-fitting of bushes, which are used to absorb shock applied to the suspension.
Band Steel Conveyor
This conveyor allows for flexible line configuration suitable for individual operations. With the flexibly bending spring steel mounted on the assembling truck, it is designed for free travel along the grooved platform. It also offers an automatic connection and disconnection function like a train. (Patented)
Front & Rear Suspension Tightening Machine
This tightening machine features excellent workability with high safety ensured by low thrust.
Various Trays and Jigs
Using 3D modeling for verification, we design and manufacture trays, hand trucks, jigs, etc. that can be used for various kinds of vehicles.
