Press Die Making

Proposing high-precision dies for optimization of the production process.

We are comprehensively engaged in designing, manufacturing and quality assurance of press dies for automotive parts. Based on CAD models created from the customer's product drawing data, we conduct CAE-based evaluation on computers (for formability simulation). After press dies are designed with a 3D CAD system, the design data is transferred to CAM and converted into machining data. Then, the machining data is transferred to a CNC system comprised of high-speed high-precision cutting machines, which creates the dies very accurately. The accuracy of the machined press dies is checked and ensured by our measuring equipment.

Approach to new materials

As new materials are increasingly used in vehicles for weight reduction, we have accumulated new material related technology by designing and manufacturing hot stamping dies and ultra-high-tensile steel dies. Moreover, we also repeatedly conduct tests on aluminum materials, and based on the test results, we optimize the simulation system.
